Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at hello@reprievehealth.com and we will work to make it right.
